My country is not on the list — how do I order?

Write to us directly. We ship worldwide and will point you the right way: either the nearest partner or delivery straight from Tuttlingen. Germany, Austria and Switzerland are served directly through this shop in any case.

Do distributors offer the same guarantees?

Yes. Authorised partners carry original USTOMED instruments with the same quality commitments. They are the same products from the same quality system, whichever route you buy through.

Does USTOMED also repair instruments bought from a distributor?

Yes. Repair and reprocessing always run through our own workshop in Tuttlingen. What matters is the completed decontamination declaration: without it we are not allowed to handle the shipment. Instruments must arrive cleaned and sterile-packed at the repair service address.

Where do I find the instructions for use and reprocessing notes?

The instructions for use and the eIFU for every instrument are collected in the download area — in German and English, no matter which country you bought in.
