Specialist in periodontology
Dr. Serhat Aslan took his doctorate in periodontology at Ege University and runs his own specialist practice in Izmir today. As a visiting professor he teaches at the University of Milan and in the department of periodontology and implantology at the University of Porto.
With the Total Papilla Preservation technique he has added a procedure of his own to regenerative periodontal surgery. He runs single-centre and multicentre clinical trials on regenerative biomaterials and investigates how different surgical techniques affect soft and hard tissue.
