Periodontist and specialist in oral rehabilitation
Dr. Ricardo Kern graduated from the Universidade Federal do Paraná in 2003 with a postgraduate diploma in periodontics; a master in oral rehabilitation followed in 2007 at the Universidade Estadual de Ponta Grossa.
His focus is immediate implant placement with provisionals — from the single tooth to the rehabilitation of a full arch — and the design and reconstruction of soft tissue. He passes these techniques on at congresses and in hands-on workshops; in Brazilian dentistry he counts as one of the leading voices in the field.
