Merve is a true multi-talent. She manages virtually everything at the Ustomed headquarters in Tuttlingen. She records orders, takes care of repairs, answers all kinds of questions and makes sure that your new instruments arrive on time for the opening of your practice or the first sinus lift.

Jacqueline Adler
Sales Germany/Austria/Switzerland and Event PlanningJacqui has been part of the dynamic Ustomed team for exactly 1 year. She likes to listen to rock music from German lands, loves the original Swabian "Fasnet" tradition and is a true genius when it comes to organization.
She is responsible for Ustomed event management, workshops, trade shows and much more.
Amina Hannani
Außendienst D-A-CHFunction: Secret weapon in the field
Amina Hannani looks after start-ups in the Ruhr area. In her function as a double agent, she is perfectly familiar with Ustomed instruments and also works for the company Implantis OP Material. Thus the former ZFA also helps out with OP material, prefabricated OP sets, suture material, etc.
When Amina enters your practice, the lights go on everywhere, she is known as dental sunshine and pumps so much energy into the team that the air still shimmers hours after your visit. In her private life, she enjoys sports, continuing her education and lives by the motto: Where I am is a party!

Whether LHR, HKG or MIA, Marten knows all the airport abbreviations from the FF. For breakfast a croissant in Paris, for lunch ramen soup Tokyo style and for dinner a Wagyu beef burger in Manhattan.
Marten is always on the move.
Privately, the former professional football player cooks dishes from all over the world. With incredible know-how he brings Ustomed instruments on the international stage.
As a Hamburg native, he also supports start-ups in the north.
Alexander DeSousa
Purchasing management Chief in purchasing, expert in repairs, creative genius in many fields such as product development and artist. He lives out his artistic vein both privately and in business. He likes to paint incredibly well. He has created the ever-popular "Sons of Dentistry" skull and all his sons and daughters. He is a loving family man and always there when you need him. With a solution-oriented mindset and great expertise, even the trickiest questions fall flat when they come anywhere near @alexdesousa79. We are grateful to have him as part of the Ustomed team in our midst.

Quality ManagementAs a QM expert, Alex has a particularly important role at Ustomed. He ensures that processes comply with regulations and that your beloved instruments meet all requirements.
Privately, Alex has just become a dad for the second time, he is super sporty, helpful and likes to go for long walks with his dog 🐕.
